The US-101 Express Lanes run between I-380 in South San Francisco and N. Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale and along southbound SR-85 from US-101 in Mountain View to SR-237.

Carpool occupancy: 3 or more people
FasTrak:

Solo drivers must have a standard FasTrak or FasTrak Flex toll tag (set to '1') to pay tolls to use the lane.

Carpools, vanpools and motorcycles must have a FasTrak Flex toll tag (set to the number of people in the vehicle) to travel toll free or at a discount. Eligible Clean Air Vehicles must apply for a FasTrak CAV tag to receive toll discounts.
