Renew or Replace a Clipper Access Card

If you applied for or renewed a (RTC) Clipper Access card before January 2020, your card has an expiration date. When it expires, you will need to renew and receive a new Clipper Access card.
If you have applied for or renewed using the Medical Certification form after January 2020 and your disability is permanent, your card does not have an expiration date and does not need to be renewed.

Richmond-San Rafael Bridge

The Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, on I-580, connects Richmond in Contra Costa County with San Rafael in Marin County. The bridge features a separate pathway for bicycles and pedestrians. All tolls are collected electronically in the westbound direction.

Rio Vista Delta Breeze

Rio Vista Delta Breeze is a regional transit system that offers deviated fixed-route bus service within the City of Rio Vista and between Isleton, Rio Vista, Fairfield, and Suisun City. The bus actually comes to your door!
Transit services are provided Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 7:30 PM. There is no service on weekends and holidays.
