Transit Accessibility Services

All VTA buses are lift or ramp equipped to ease boarding for all passengers. Low floor light rail vehicles are also highly accessible, and ramps are provided at light rail stations as needed. All transit vehicles have designated spaces for wheelchairs and preferred seating for the elderly or persons with disabilities. "Next Stop" and other announcements are now fully automated on all bus and light rail services, providing both audio and visual information and cues. And as always, VTA staff is available to assist you to ensure your trip is successful.
