  • $350 Subsidy for Commute With Enterprise Vanpools

    Bay Area vanpools rented from Commute With Enterprise may be eligible for a $350 monthly subsidy when the vanpool meets the following requirements:

    Do you drive or coordinate an owner-operated vanpool that is down a rider or two? Apply for a Seat Subsidy and add your van to the "Seats Available" list to keep your vanpool rolling.

County-Provided Vanpool Rewards

County Vanpool Incentives Vanpool Passenger Incentives
Any Bay Area County Vanpools rented from Commute with Enterprise and meeting other criteria receive $350 per month off the cost of the vanpool.  
Contra Costa 1. New vanpools meeting eligibility requirements can receive $200 per month off the cost of the vanpool for up to 12 months.

2. New vanpools meeting eligibility requirements and whose driver has not been a member of a vanpool in the last 6 months can receive a $1000 cash bonus if the vanpool remains operational for 1 year

Join a vanpool, and 511 Contra Costa will pay half your costs for the first three months.
Marin County Up to $3,600 (paid $150 monthly) over 24 months to new vanpools traveling to or from Marin County.  
San Mateo County Vanpool drivers who start a new van and keep it on the road for six months receive a $500 reward. Join a new or existing vanpool, and Commute.org will pay half your costs for the first three months.
Santa Clara County Vanpools meeting MTC’s requirements that begin and end their commutes within Santa Clara County can receive a subsidy up to $350 per month. Vanpools can apply this subsidy on top of the existing $350 subsidy from MTC for a total of $700 in savings. Visit here for more information and to apply!   
Solano County Vanpools meeting MTC’s requirements that begin and end their commutes within Solano County can receive a subsidy up to $200 per month. Vanpools can apply this subsidy on top of the existing $350 subsidy from MTC for a total of $550 in savings. Visit here for more information and to apply!   
Merced,
San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties
New, qualifying vanpools can receive up to a $600 per month subsidy to help reduce the cost of commuting.
