|Vanpool Passenger Incentives
|Any Bay Area County
|Vanpools rented from Commute with Enterprise and meeting other criteria receive $500 per month off the cost of the vanpool.
|1. New vanpools meeting eligibility requirements can receive $200 per month off the cost of the vanpool for up to 12 months.
2. New vanpools meeting eligibility requirements and whose driver has not been a member of a vanpool in the last 6 months can receive a $1000 cash bonus if the vanpool remains operational for 1 year
|Join a vanpool, and 511 Contra Costa will pay half your costs for the first three months.
|Up to $3,600 (paid $150 monthly) over 24 months to new vanpools traveling to or from Marin County.
|San Mateo County
|Vanpool drivers who start a new van and keep it on the road for six months receive a $500 reward.
|Join a new or existing vanpool, and Commute.org will pay half your costs for the first three months.
|Santa Clara County
|Vanpools meeting MTC’s requirements that begin and end their commutes within Santa Clara County can receive a subsidy up to $400 per month. Vanpools can apply this subsidy on top of the existing $500 subsidy from MTC for a total of $900 in savings. Visit here for more information and to apply!
